氢能作为一种重要的二次能源越来越受到世界各国及各大石油公司的关注。当前美国、日本、德国等发达国家均制订了相关政策扶持"氢经济"发展,壳牌、BP等大型石油公司积极介入"氢经济"产业链,中国也明确了未来氢能发展的目标并出台了相关政策和补贴措施。我国石化企业可利用自身在原料获取、生产技术、储运技术、终端消费等方面具备的优势提前在"氢经济"产业链布局,占领战略制高点。

Many countries and oil companies have paid more and more attention to hydrogen, an important secondary energy in the world. Currently, some developed countries including the US, Japan and Germany have published policies to support the development of ＂hydrogen economy＂ and the large oil companies such as Shell and BP actively involved themselves into the ＂hydrogen economy＂ industrial chain. China also identified the future development goals and released a series of supporting policy. Chinese oil companies could make the advance layout and development strategy in the ＂hydrogen economy＂ industry chain by means of their advantages in acquisition of raw material, production technology, storage transportation technology, and terminal consumption.
