A Study on the Employment Value Orientation of Female Local College Students Majoring in Foreign Language

地方高校外语专业女大学生就业渠道主要集中在中小学校、培训机构、各类企事业单位和国家基层项目等,存在着供需矛盾突出、就业竞争力不足、就业价值取向出现偏差等问题。本文通过分析地方高校外语专业女大学生就业价值取向影响因素,说明政府、高校、家庭和个人在地方高校外语专业女大学生就业价值取向变化过程中的重要性,并对此提出应对措施。

Female local college students of foreign language majors often work in primary and secondary schools, training institutions, enterprises and national grass-roots projects. However, there are some problems, such as the contradiction between supply and demand, the lack of employment competitiveness and the deviation of employment value orientation. The employmentvalue orientation of female local college students of foreign language majors in colleges and universities is characterized by diversity, idealization, interest and stabilization. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the employment value orientation of the female college students in the local colleges and universities, and points out the importance of the government, universities, families and individuals in the process of changing the employment value of foreign language major female college students in local colleges and universities, and puts forward the countermeasures.
