“互联网+”重性精神疾病中医特色管理新模式应用展望

The Application Prospect of the New Management Mode of Severe Mental Illness with “Internet plus” and TCM Characteristic

目的:基于大数据时代,初步探索一种适合国内目前国情的重性精神疾病管理新模式。方法:通过分析国内现有的重性精神疾病管理模式及其存在的问题,提出并阐述切实可行、优化的新管理模式。结果:借助"互联网+"大数据时代,充分发挥中医优势,建立专业管理团队,对患者进行专业、连续、个性化、有效的管理,中医特色的"互联网+"重性精神疾病管理新模式可一定程度上解决现有管理模式存在的问题。结论:新管理模式的施行有望提高精神疾病知识的普及率,降低其复发率、致残率,减少医疗卫生费用。

Objective： Based on the era of big data, this paper tends to explore a new management model of severe mental illness which is suitable for the current situation in China. Methods： A new management model is put forward and expounded through the analysis of the existing severe mental illness management and its problems in China. Result： The new management mode of severe mental illness is established by ＂Internet plus＂ with TCM advantage, and it forms a professional management team to serve patients with professional, continuous, personalized and effective manage- ment, which can solve the existing problems of management mode to some extent. Conclusion： The implementation of the new management model is expected to improve the spread of knowledge of mental illness, reducing the recurrence rate and disability rate, as well as reducing health care costs.
