养血清脑颗粒治疗紧张型头痛系统评价

Systematic Review of Yangxue Qingnao Particles in Treating Tension-type Headache

目的:系统评价养血清脑颗粒治疗紧张型头痛的疗效和安全性。方法计算机检索Pubmed、Medline、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国知网、维普、中国生物医学文献服务系统、万方等数据库,纳入养血清脑颗粒治疗紧张型头痛的随机对照试验(RCT),由两位研究者按照纳入与排除标准筛选文献、评价质量、提取资料,采用Rev Man5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入9个RCT,包括770例患者。Meta分析结果显示:养血清脑颗粒组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义[OR=7.08,95%CI(4.77,10.51),P<0.00001]。养血清脑颗粒组的不良反应发生率与对照组相比无明显差异[OR=0.62,95%CI(0.32,1.22),P=0.17]。结论现有研究表明,养血清脑颗粒治疗紧张型头痛有效,且安全性较好。但由于本系统评价纳入的文献数量有限、质量较低,上述结论尚需开展更多高质量、多中心、大样本的随机对照试验加以验证。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yangxue Qingnao particles for tension-type headache. Methods： Databases from Pubmed, Medline, Embase, Cochrane Library, CNKI, VIP, Sino Med and Wangfang Data were searched from inception to December 2016 for randomized controlled trials（RCTs） about the efficacy and safety of Yangxue Qingnao particles for tension-type headache. Two reviewers screened literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, extract data, and assess methodological quality of included studies. Then meta-analysis was per- formed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results： Nine RCTs were included involving 770 patients. The result of Meta-anal- ysis showed that, compared with the control group, Yangxue Qingnao particles had higher total effective rate[OR=7.08, 95%CI（4.77, 10.51）, P〈0.00001]. No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups[OR=0.62, 95%CI（0.32, 1.22）, P=0.17〉0.05]. Conclusions： Yangxue Qingnao particles is more effective than control group with a lower incidence of adverse reaction. Due to limited quantity and poor quality of the included stud- ies, the above conclusion should be further verified by conducting more high quality, large scale, muhicentre RCTs.
