515例膏方成品量、成型情况与添加辅料相关性分析

Analysis of the Correlation Between the Quantity of Finished Products, the Molding Condition and the Supplementary Materials of 515 Cases

目的:了解膏方的成品量、成型情况与添加辅料的相关性情况。方法:采用回顾性调查的方法,随机选取515例膏方,对成品量、成型情况、药材量与添加辅料的相关性情况进行统计分析。结果:膏方的成品量与药材量、添加辅料量呈正相关,与成型情况无明显的关联;膏方的成型情况与阿胶等胶类辅料量呈正相关,与蜂蜜等甜味剂的量呈负相关,与添加药粉量关系不明显,与膏体表面情况关系也不明显。结论:一料膏方,药味在20-30味,药材量为4.5 kg左右,添加胶类辅料300g左右,蜂蜜等甜味剂400g左右,必要时添加药粉150g左右。

Objective： To investigate the correlation between the amount of finished products, the molding condition and adjuvants addition. Methods： Retrospective investigation was used to analyze, 515 eases were selected to make a statistical analysis of the correlation between the quantity of finished products, the situation of molding, the amount of medicine and the supplementary material. Results： The product quantity and quantity of medicinal materials, paste the adding volume was positively correlated, no obvious correlation with molding; positive paste molding and other plas- tic materials related to the amount of gelatin, and negatively correlated with honey and other sweeteners, and add the powder quantity relationship is not obvious, and surface paste the body is not obvious. Conclusions： A paste material, ingredients in 20-30 flavor, medicinal content is about 4.5 kg, add the glue materials about 300g, honey and other sweeteners about 400g, when necessary to add 150g powder.
