某院2013-2016年中药饮片与中药颗粒用药分析

Analysis for the Application of TCM Decoction Pieces and Granules in a Hospital During 2013-2016

目的:分析该院2013-2016年中药饮片与中药颗粒的用药情况,为临床合理用药和计划采购提供参考和依据。方法:应用EXCEL软件分析该院4年中药饮片与中药颗粒的用药情况。结果:4年中该院中药饮片年使用量与销售额总体呈平稳略下降趋势,中药颗粒年使用量与销售额呈逐年递增趋势,中药饮片与中药颗粒的排序前十位均保持基本稳定,排名前5位均为补虚药、清热药、利水渗湿药、活血化瘀药、化痰止咳平喘药。结论:该院目前临床上主要使用中药饮片,但中药颗粒的使用呈上升趋势,二者在临床上互补共存,满足不同的患者需求。

Objective： To analyze the usage of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and granules from 2013 to 2016 in the hospital, and provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs and pl an procurement. Methods： EXCEL software was used to analyze the situation of TCM decoction Pieces and granules in the hospital during 4 years. Results： The annual use of TCM decoction pieces and the overall sales volume showed a steady downward trend slightly. The annual usage and sales of traditional Chinese medicine granules were increasing year by year. The top ten positions of TCM decoction Pieces and granules were kept stable. The top 5 were tonic, antipyretic, diuresis medicine, blood stasis, phlegm and relieving cough and asthma medicine. Conclusion： TCM decoction pieces were mainly used in clinical in the hospital, but the use of TCM granules showed an upward trend. The two complement each other in clinic and meet the needs of different patients.
