白术芍药散加味方治疗2型糖尿病并发肠功能紊乱性腹泻临床观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Modified Baizhu Shaoyao powder in treating type 2 diabetes complicated with Intestinal Dysfunctional diarrhea

目的:探讨白术芍药散加味方治疗2型糖尿病并发肠功能紊乱新腹泻的临床疗效。方法:选取86例2型糖尿病并发肠功能紊乱性腹泻患者作为观察对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予白术芍药散加味方治疗,持续治疗15 d后,对比2组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后空腹血糖指标。结果:观察组有效率为95.35%,明显高于对照组69.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的空腹血糖水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率4.65%与对照组6.98%相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:在治疗2型糖尿病并发肠功能紊乱性腹泻患者的过程中,给予白术芍药散加味方的治疗效果良好,改善患者的临床症状,降低空腹血糖指数。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of modified Baizhu Shaoyao powder in the treatment of type 2 diabetes complicated with intestinal dysfunctional diarrhea. Methods： A total of 86 patients with type 2 diabetes mel- litus complicated with intestinal dysuria were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The patients in the control group were given routine treatment. On the basis of this, the patients in the observation group were treated with modified Baizhu Shaoyao powder. After 15 days of continuous treatment, the therapeutic effect and the fasting blood glucose before and after treatment of the two groups was compared. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （69.77%）, the difference was statisti- cally significant （P〈0.05）. The level of fasting blood glucose in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈O.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.65% and 6.98% in the control group （P〉O.05）. Conclusion： In the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with intestinal dysu- ria, the treatment effect of modified Baizhu Shaoyao powder was improved, and the clinical symptoms and the fasting blood glucose index were improved.
