摘要
目的:探讨经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:回顾性分析我科应用TESSYS技术治疗的35例腰椎间盘突出症患者,采集术前及术后14d、术后3个月及末次随访的VAS评分、JOA评分及改良Mac Nab评价情况。结果:35例患者随访3个月到2年不等,平均随访9.6个月。术后历次随访VAS评分与术前对比明显降低,差异均有统计学差异(P<0.01),术后3个月与末次随访比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后随访JOA评分与术前对比明显升高,差异均显著(P<0.01);改良Mac Nab评价:优27例,良6例,可2例,总体优良率达94.29%。结论:TESSYS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症短期疗效确切。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of TEY technology m treating lumbar disc hernlatlon, Re- suits： 35 patients were followed up for 3 months to 2 years, with an average follow-up of 9.6 months. The VAS scores of the follow - up were significantly lower than those before operation （P〈0.01）. There was no significant difference between the three months after operation and the last follow-up （P〉0.05）. The postoperative follow-up JOA score was significantly higher than that before operation （P〈0.01）. Modified MacNab evaluation： excellent in 27 cases, good in 6 cases, a little better in 2 cases, the overall excellent rate of 94.29%. Conclusion： TESSYS has a short - term effect on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
