中医特色护理干预女性溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效

Influence of TCM Style Nursing Intervention on the Clinical Efficacy of Female Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

目的:观察中医特色护理(耳穴贴压、心理慰藉)干预在女性溃疡性结肠炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取符合标准的108例女性溃疡性结肠炎患者,随机分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(常规护理+中医特色护理),每组各54例,对比观察2组患者的临床护理效果。结果:对照组患者的有效率为77.8%,观察组患者的总有效率为94.4%,观察组的总有效率要明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医特色护理(耳穴贴压、心理慰藉)对于临床女性溃疡性结肠炎患者的治疗起到了明显的促进作用,有助于提高疗效,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing （ear acupressure, psychologi- cal comfort） intervention in female patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods： 108 patients with female ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into control group （routine nursing） and observation group （routine nursing ＋ traditional Chinese medicine nursing）, 54 cases in each group. The clinical nursing effect of the two groups of patients was compared after the treatment. Results： The effective rate was 77.8% in the control group and 94.4% in the observation group. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine care （auricular acupressure, psychological comfort） for the treatment of patients with clinical women with ulcerative colitis has played a significant role in promoting, help to improve efficacy, worthy of clinical use.
