摘要
目的:建立参茸五子丸的质量标准。方法:根据处方药物组成,采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的枸杞子、黄柏进行鉴别,高效液相色谱法测定制剂中橙皮苷的含量。结果:定性鉴别方法准确、专属性强。橙皮苷进样浓度在6.67~66.71μg·m L范围内与其峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为98.87%,RSD为1.11%(n=6)。结论:建立的质量控制方法准确、快速、重现性好,能有效控制该制剂的质量。
Objective To establish the quality method of Shenrong wuzi pill. Methods According to the prescription,fructus lycii and phellodendron chinense were identified by TLC method,and hesperidin was determined by HPLC. Results The identification method was accurate and specific. Injection concentration with the range from 6.67 to 66.71 μg·m L-1of hesperidin was good. The average recovery rate was 98.87%,and RSD was 1.11%（ n = 6）. Conclusion The established method was accurate,quickly,and reproducibility was good. It could be effectively used in quality control.
