摘要
采用MSC Patran/Nastran软件对轿厢架在电梯正常满载下行制动、电梯满载超速下行双边安全钳同时动作,电梯满载超速下行只有单边安全钳动作、电梯满载以115%额定速度撞击缓冲器4种工况进行有限元强度和刚度分析,为轿厢架的结构设计提供重要依据。
The finite element of the car frame strength and stiffness are analyzed by MSC Patran/Nastran software, in cases of the elevator braking down with rated load and normal speed, the elevator running down the bilateral safety gear act at the same time with rated load and overspeed, the elevator running down only unilateral safety gear act with rated load and overspeed, the elevator impacts buffer at 115% rated speed four conditions, to provide an important basis for the structure design of the car frame.
