摘要
色谱过程包括柱上分离、管内流动和池内检测,分离过程是首要的,但是对于一个对照(标准参考)品来说,分离是不必要的,对照品可通过旁路管直接进入检测器而不必经柱分离,这种方法我们定名为旁路校正法。该法的测定结果与绝对校正(外标)法一致。
A novel quantitative method for HPLC-bypass calibration method has been established. Since the standards for preparation of standard curve are pure, it may be flowed into the detector directly from bypass equivalent tube under same flow rate without being separated by the column. This method is more saving both in time and reagent. It could prolong the lifetime of column and its results coincide with those of absolute calibration method. The relative deviation is less than 2%.
