过热型多元热流体平行双管流动特征 被引量:5

摘要 针对平行双管注过热型多元热流体井筒传热问题,利用质量、能量和动量守恒方程建立了井筒内非等温流动数学模型。结合有限差分和迭代方法得到井筒内流动典型曲线。在模型验证的基础上,对注汽参数进行了优化。研究表明:主油管中高温流体通过热辐射和热对流向低温副油管导热,导致主油管中过热度下降,副油管中过热度升高;随主油管注汽速度增加,主油管中温度和过热度先迅速增加,后缓慢增加;主油管注汽温度增加,井底过热度增加;非凝结气含量增加,流体过热度均下降。 Focusing on the heat transfer problem of the superheated multi-component thermal fluid( SMTF) in the parallel dual-tubing wells,with the help of he mass,energy and momentum balance equations,the mathematical model was established for the non-isothermal flow in the well bores. Integrating with finite difference and iteration methods,the typical curves were obtained for the flow in the well holes. On the basis of the model verification,the steam injecting parameters were optimized. The study shows that the high-temperature flow in the main pipe( MP)transfers to the auxiliary pipe( AP) by thermal radiation and convection,which causes the decrease of the superheated degree in the MP and increase in the AP; with the increase of the injection rate in the main pipe,the temperature and superheated degree increase rapidly at first but then slow down; with the rise of the injection temperature in the MP,the superheated degree at the well bottom increases; with the increase of the non-condensate gas volume fraction,both the temperature and superheated degree of the flow decrease at the same time.
