胃痞消治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(脾胃虚弱)随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察胃痞消治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(脾胃虚弱)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将86例住院患者按就诊顺序号简单随机分两组;严格控制饮食、嘱咐患者戒烟戒酒、调节心理状况等。对照组43例胃复春片,4片/次,三餐前30min口服。治疗组43例胃痞消(太子参15g,黄芪、白术各12g,丹参15g,白花蛇舌草9g;伴有呃逆嗳气加苏梗9g,沉香6g;伴有烧心、反酸加海螵蛸、浙贝母各6g,瓦楞子9g;伴有便秘加厚朴12g,火麻仁9g,枳实15g;伴有伤食神曲9g,莱菔子炒12g);1剂/d,水煎500m L,早晚口服。连续治疗12周为1疗程。观测临床症状、症状积分(上腹痛或腹胀、嗳气反酸、早饱、恶心呕吐)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈13例,显效19例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率95.30%;对照组痊愈9例,显效15例,有效11例,无效8例,总有效率81.40%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。症状积分(上腹痛或腹胀、嗳气反酸、早饱、恶心呕吐)治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]胃痞消治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(脾胃虚弱),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
