中医综合治疗颈椎病随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Controlled Study on Cervical Spondylopathy Treated by Comprehensive Chinese Medicine

[目的]观察中医综合治疗颈椎病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将118例住院患者按病志号抽签随机分两组。对照组59例布洛芬,1粒/次,2次/d。治疗组59例穴位注射+电针+埋针+中药熏药+中药热奄包+身痛逐瘀汤。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、康复时间、症状评分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效54例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率98.31%;对照组显效44例,有效3例,无效12例,总有效率79.66%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。症状评分、康复时间治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]中医综合治疗颈椎病,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of comprehensive treatment of cervical spondylosis. [Methods] A total of 118 hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the disease. The control group of 59 cases of ibuprofen, 1/time, 2 times/d. Treatment group 59 cases of acupoint injection ＋electroacupuneture＋buried needle＋Chinese medicine smoked medicine＋Chinese medicine hot package＋body pain Zhuyu Tang. Continuous treatment of 2 courses to determine the efficacy. [Results] The treatment group was markedly effective in 54 cases, effective in 4 cases, ineffective in 1 case, the total effective rate was 98.31%; the control group was effective in 44 cases, effective in 3 cases, ineffective in 12 cases, the total effective rate was 79.66%; the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.01）. Symptom score and rehabilitation time were better in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Comprehensive treatment of cervical spondylosis with Chinese medicine, satisfactory results, no serious adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
