和胃运脾汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎(脾胃不和)随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Control Study of Hewei Decoction for Treating Chronic Superficial Gastritis(Spleen stomach disharmony)

[目的]观察和胃运脾汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎(脾胃不和)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例住院患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组35例多潘立酮,1片/次,3次/d,饭前30min口服。治疗组35例和胃运脾汤加减:茯苓25g,党参20g,蒲公英、砂仁各15g,白术、枳壳各12g,半夏10g,黄连8g,白豆蔻、生甘草各5g,胃阴亏虚加麦冬、沙参;湿热重加薏苡仁、败酱草;肝胃不和加柴胡、香附;血淤加三七,加水1000m L,浸泡30min后大火煮开,转小火熬制15min,水煎2次,取汁混合,早晚分服,1剂/d。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、症状积分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程(4周),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈20例,显效10例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率97.14%;对照组痊愈14例,显效8例,有效6例,无效7例,总有效率80.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。上腹疼痛、嗳气、反酸、恶心呕吐两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]和胃运脾汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎(脾胃不和),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Hewei decoction for spleen on chronic superficial gastritis （Spleen stomach disharmony）. [Method] Using random parallel control method, 70 patients were divided into two groups according to the order of medical treatment. The control group of 35 cases of domperidone, 1 tablets each time, 3 times/d, 30min oral before meals. The treatment group of 35 cases of stomach and spleen decoction, poria 25g, dangshen 20g, dandelion, amomum 15g, atractylodes macrocephala, fructus aurantii 12g, pinellia 10g, coptis chinensis 8g, white cardamom, licorice 5g, stomach yin deficiency plus ophiopogon japonicus, adenophora; wet weight plus coix seed, Herba patriniae; liver stomach disharmony with bupleurum, cyperus rotundus; blood stasis plus Sanqi, 1000mL water, soaking 30min after the fire to boil, turn a small fire to boil 15min water, decocting 2 times, mixed juice, sooner or later the service agent/d, 1. Continuous treatment for 2 weeks is the I course of treatment. Clinical symptoms, symptom scores and adverse reactions were observed. Continuous treatment for 2 courses （4weeks）, to determine the efficacy. [Results] the treatment group 20 cases were cured, 10 cases markedly effective, 4 cases effective, 1 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 97.14%; control group 14 cases were cured, 8 cases markedly effective, 6 cases effective, 7 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 80%; the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. Epigastric pain, belching, acid regurgitation, nausea and vomiting in two groups were improved （P〈0.01）, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis （spleen and stomach disharmony） with stomach spleen soup is satisfactory, and there is no serious adverse reaction. It is worth popularizing.
