辨证分型联合西药治疗老年高血压随机平行对照研究

Treatment based on Syndrome Differentiation Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with Western Medicine on Random Parallel Control of Hypertension in Aged Patients

[目的]观察辨证分型联合西药治疗老年高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组60例氨氯地平,5mg/次,1次/d,口服。治疗组60例:肝火亢盛-龙胆泻肝汤加减;阴虚阳亢-天麻钩藤饮加减;阴阳两虚-金水宝胶囊;痰湿壅盛-半夏白术天麻汤;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗2个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、收缩压、舒张压、不良反应。治疗1疗程(2个月),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效45例,有效13例,无效2例,总有效率96.67%;对照组显效17例,有效27例,无效16例,总有效率73.33%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。收缩压、舒张压两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]辨证分型联合西药治疗老年高血压,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Obejective] To observe the treatment effect of syndrome differentiation treatment of traditional chinese medicine combined with western medicine in aged patients with hypertension. [Methods] 120 hospitalied patients were divided into 2 groups according randomized controlled methods by the number draw. Patients in the control group took 5 mg amlodipine orally one time a day. The treatment group was combined with the tradtional Chinese medicine with western medicine. Overabundant liver-fire： Longdan Xiegan decoction, Yin deficiency and ~ang excess： Gastrodia and uncaria decoction, Yin-yang deficiency： Paecilomyces hepiall chen, Accumulation of phlegm dampness： Pinelliae and Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Gastrodiae decoction, the western medicine was the same as the control group. 2 sequential months were taken as a course of treatment. The clinical symptoms of systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and untoward effects were observed. The curative effects were evaluated after one course. [Results] 45 cases were markedly effective, 13 cases were effective, and 2 cases were ineffective in the treatment group with the total effiency of 96.67%. 17 cases were markedly effective, 27 cases were effective, and 16 cases were ineffective in the control group with the total effiency of 73.33%. The effect was significantly higher in the treatment group the control group （P〈0.05）. The systolic pressure, diastolic pressure improved significantly in the treatment group. [Conclusions] The treatment based on syndrome differentiation treatment of traditional chinese medicine combined with western medicine of aged patients with hypertension effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
