三字经派小儿推拿治疗小儿脾虚亚健康随机平行对照研究

The Randomized Parallel Controlled Study of Spleen-Deficiency Sub Health Children Treated with Classic Massage

[目的]观察三字经派小儿推拿治疗小儿脾虚亚健康疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50例门诊患者按门诊ID号随机分两组。对照组25例西医综合干预。治疗组25例三字经派小儿推拿,滑石粉为辅介,力求动作轻柔、稳实,3次/周。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、体质量、皮褶厚度、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组优良12例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率92.00%;对照组优良9例,有效8例,无效8例,总有效率68.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。体质量、皮褶厚度改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]三字经派小儿推拿治疗小儿脾虚亚健康,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of spleen-deficiency sub health children treated with classic massage. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 50 patients in outpatient ID were randomly divided into two groups. 25 cases in the control group of western medicine treatment. The treatment group of 25 cases of infantile massage three character classic pie, talcum powder as medium, and strive to steady, gentle movements, 3 times per week. 4 weeks of continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment. Clinical observation the clinical symptoms, body weight, skinfold thickness. The adverse reaction, continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [Results] The treatment group of 12 cases were excellent, 11 cases effective, 2 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 92%; control group, 9 cases were excellent, 8 cases effective, 8 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 68%; the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. Body weight, skinfold thickness improved in treatment group than in control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusions] Three Character Classic School of pediatric massage therapy in children with deficiency of sub-health, satisfactory curative effect, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
