The Operation Condition of the Enterprises in Real Economy Has Become Better Generally

中国财政科学研究院"降成本"调研组通过九省区实地调研和全国问卷调查发现:自2016年国务院《降低实体经济企业成本工作方案》实施以来,全国样本企业经营状况整体好转,但分化趋势明显;营业成本略有下降,但费用上升较快。降成本还需通过全面深化改革推进制度创新,增强企业内生动力。

The research group of Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences investigates the enterprises on spot in nine provinces and releases questionnaire survey on line at the country level. The study tells the following findings. Since the implementation of the State Council＇s project on reducing the cost of enterprises in real economy in 2016, the operation conditions of the sample enterprises have been improved, but the differentiation is obvious. The operation costs of enterprises have declined slightly, periodic expenses have risen rapidly. To reduce costs, we need to push forward institutional innovation through comprehensive reform, and enhance the endogenous driving force of enterprises.
