2010年—2016年我国5种护理期刊发表消毒供应中心护理管理类的文献分析

Literature analysis of nursing management in sterile supply center published by 5 nursing periodicals from 2010 to 2016 in China

[目的]描述我国5种杂志2010年—2016年消毒供应中心护理管理的发展研究现状,分析其研究内容。[方法]采用内容分析法对2010年—2016年5种期刊发表的消毒供应中心护理管理文献从发表年份、研究设计及研究主题三方面进行评价。[结果]共检索108篇文献,我国消毒供应中心护理管理类文献于2011年刊登最多,文献的研究设计以经验总结和类试验性研究为主,研究主题以综合管理和设备设施管理居多。[结论]消毒供应中心属于临床特殊科室,对其进行科学合理的护理管理至关重要,多学习管理新理论,对护理管理再进行细分是未来护理管理学科的发展之路。

Objective：To describe the research status quo of nursing management in disinfection supply center in recent 7 years in China,and analyze its research contents.Methods：Using content analysis,a total of 108 papers published in 5 journals from 2010 to 2016 were evaluated from three aspects：published year,research design and research topic.Results：The literature of nursing management in sterile supply center was published most in 2011.The research and design of literature were mainly based on experience summarization and experimental research.The research subjects were mostly integrated management and equipment and facilities management.Conclusion：The disinfection supply center was clinical special department.It is very important to carry out scientific and reasonable nursing management.It is the development of the future nursing management discipline to study new management theory and subdivide nursing management.
