摘要
随着我国扶贫和相关惠农工程的持续推进,光伏扶贫电站将大规模接入农村电网。由于光伏电站普遍具有功率随机性、接入位置和方式多样,给农村电网规划和管理带来了新的挑战。为推动光伏扶贫电站合理接入农村电网,文章给出了光伏扶贫电站的应用模式,分析了光伏扶贫电站接入的边界条件,基于电网经济性和安全性约束,建立了光伏扶贫电站准入容量优化模型。采用IEEE-69节点辐射型和IEEE-54节点环状网架进行了实例计算。研究成果有助于促进光伏扶贫电站的科学规划,提高电网的经济性和安全性,为新一轮农网升级改造提供支撑。
With the advance of China's poverty alleviation,large-scale photovoltaic power stations have been connected to rural poverty alleviation areas. The rural distribution network faces new challenges due to power randomness and diversity of access location and mode of photovoltaic power stations. In order to promote reasonable access of photovoltaic power stations,the application modes and the boundary conditions of photovoltaic power stations are analyzed firstly. Then,the optimization planning model of photovoltaic penetration level is proposed by considering power grid economy and security constraints. The IEEE 69-node radiation network and IEEE 54-node ring network are used as simulation samples. The simulation results show that the proposed optimization planning model in this paper can promote the reasonable planning of photovoltaic stations in rural poverty alleviation areas and improve the economy and safety of rural distribution network.
