摘要
2017年国家电网公司发布了Q/GDW 10370—2016《配电网技术导则》,促进了我国10k V架空线路雷电防护工作的科学化和规范化,进一步提升了供电可靠性。文章对导则条款进行了技术延展和解读。雷电防护方法可归纳为堵塞式方法和疏导式方法,适合10k V线路采用的防护措施包括安装避雷器、设置绝缘塔头、设置架空/耦合地线、安装放电箝位绝缘子和防弧金具。仿真研究表明,设置绝缘塔头和架空/耦合地线均能大幅降低线路雷击闪络率,避雷器和架空地线联合使用的综合效果最佳。综合线路重要程度、雷电地闪密度、线路参数等影响因素评估确定线路雷电防护等级,有针对性差异化实施上述防护措施,并加强入网产品质量管控,是进一步减少雷击故障的关键。
The lightning protection technology is described sorted out based on the latest research results and operational experience. It has promoted the scientificity and standardization of China's 10 kV overhead line lightning protection work and further enhanced the reliability of power supply. The lightning protection measures suitable for 10 kV line include installation of arrester,set the insulation tower head,set overhead and coupling ground wire,and install the discharge clamp insulator and anti-arc fittings. The simulation studies show that the insulation tower head and overhead ground wire and coupling ground wire can significantly reduce the line lightning flashover rate,and the combined effect of arrester and overhead ground wire is the best. It is the key to further reduce the lightning strike failure by considering the importance of line,lightning ground flash density,line parameters and other factors to evaluate the line lightning protection rating and implementing differently the above protective measures and strengthening the control of the hanging network product quality.
