台湾工业社区再利用之经验与启示——以台北松山文创园区为例

Experiences and Enlightenments of Industrial Community Reuse in Taiwan: A Case Study of Songshan Cultural and Creative Park

随着单位制度的解体,大量工业类型的单位社区面临着转型、活化、拆迁的问题,透视台湾工业社区转型之经验可为单位社区再造提供参考借鉴。通过实地调研及文献回顾,以台北松山文创园区为例,梳理其历史脉络及空间特征,归纳出其在空间上具有符合生产逻辑的功能分区、反映阶级制度的空间秩序、工业色彩浓厚的建筑及巴洛克式的庭园绿地4个特性。活化再利用成功的关键在于:(1)凸显工业特性的设计规范及规范性的空间功能置换;(2)公私合作的兴建-营运-转移(BOT)开发模式;(3)文化创意产业政策的支持。松山文创园区具体的空间功能规范及活泼多元的创意理念是中国大陆地区可借鉴之处,注重生产空间的保护却忽略生活空间的延续为其缺失。

With the disintegration of the DANWEI system, a large number of industrial DANWEI communities are facing the problem of transformation, activation and demolition. The experience of the transformation of the in-dustrial community in Taiwan can provide a reference for a large number of community regeneration in the future. Through field investigation and literature review, this paper reviewed the forming background and spatial character-istics of Taiwan industrial communities. Taking Songshan Cultural and Creative Park as an example, the paper sor-ted out its historical context and spatial features, then concluded four characteristics in space as following ： （1） The function partition was consistent with the production logic. （2） The spatial order reflected the class system. （3） The architectural features had strong industrial characteristics. （4） Baroque garden grounds. The key to the success of activation and reuse was as follows ： （1） Design specifications highlighting industrial characteristics and a stand-ard of spatial function replacement. （2） BOT development model of public-private partnerships. （3） The support of cultural and creative industries policy. The specific spatial function standards and lively and diverse creative ideas of Songshan Cultural and Creative Park are the reference points for the China's Mainland. However, it only pay atten-tion to the protection of production space, but ignore the continuity of living space, is the shortcomings of this case.
