四个世纪以来西方人的“中国问题”与“全球问题”

The Westerners' Perceptions on “Chinese Issues”and“Global Issues”over the Past Four Centuries

融入全球的中国同时遭遇自身问题和全球问题,需要把握西方人对中国问题和全球问题的认知方式和解题方案。依据文献分析和历史事实,可以发现四个世纪以来西方人对中国问题、全球问题的思维逻辑及其认知方式具有惊人的相似性,即:如何取得东方财富,如何实现教化中国?尽管不同时期的解决重点因西方世界遭遇自身问题时而有所不同,并且在这一进程中形成了所谓"丑化"和"美化"中国的两派,但是少部分"美化中国派",难以撼动四个世纪以来西方人整体上对中国问题和全球问题的解决方案:军事征服、商业贸易和文化入侵的三位一体。

China is confronted w ith global issues and domestic issues w hen getting integrated into globalization. It is of significance to understand how the w esterners perceive and solve Chinese issues and global issues. Based on documents and historical facts,it is found that the w esterners over the past four centuries have a lot in common on their perceptions of Chinese issues and global issues. What they concern is how to obtain the oriental treasure and domesticate China. Although the w est laid different importance to the solutions to Chinese issues in different periods according to their domestic problems,tw o so-called parties featured by ＂demonizing China＂and＂beautifying China＂came into being. Solutions to Chinese issues adopted by the w est are consistently consisted of military conquest,trade and cultural invasion,w hich have never been changed during the past four centuries.
