苯乙烯在改性氧化石墨烯表面的接枝聚合 被引量:4

摘要 采用硅烷偶联剂γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)对氧化石墨烯(GO)进行有机改性,得到了改性氧化石墨烯(GO-KH570),然后在GO-KH570表面接枝苯乙烯(St),制备了一种表面接枝聚苯乙烯(PS)的阻燃剂(GO-KH570)-g-PS。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线光电子能谱、热失重分析仪和扫描电子显微镜对GO、GO-KH570和(GO-KH570)-g-PS进行了测试表征。结果表明,成功合成了接枝率为20.37%的(GOKH570)-g-PS。 In this work,graphene oxide(GO)was surface modified by silane coupling agentγ-methacryloxy propyl trimethoxyl silane,and then styrene was grafted onto the surface of the surface-modified GO for the purpose of flame retardancy.The resultant(GO-KH570)-gpolystyrene(PS) was characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscopy.The results indicated that(GO-KH570)-g-PS was successfully prepared.
