摘要
船舶电力系统采用高压装置时,应注意选择中性点接地方式。船舶高压配电系统设计时对三相三线中性点绝缘系统或三相三线中性点接地系统的选用,从理论和实际两方面进行分析研究发现,船舶高压电站的高压发电机与主变压器高压侧均宜采用三相三线中性点绝缘系统和岸电(3~10 kV电力系统)的中性点运行方式保持一致。根据各船舶规范的有关要求与岸电高压系统防止误操作的经验,结合对多艘船舶高压电力系统的设计与实践,总结为"八防"功能。
When the high voltage unit is used in ship power system,neutral point grounding mode should be chosen.During the ship high voltage unit design the selection of neutral point insulation system of three-phase three wire or neutral point earthing system of three-phase three wire,the research from two aspects of theory and practice shows that high voltage generator and the high voltage side of main transformer in ship power station are advised to adopt the three-phase three wire neutral point insulation system to keep consistent with shore power(3~10 kV electric power system).According to the requirements of relating ship rules and the experience of preventing false operation of shore power high voltage system,combining the design and practice of multi ship high voltage power system,the paper sums up the function of 'eight prevention'.
