摘要
通过文献回顾分析母乳成分及其影响因素,为更好地指导孕产妇的膳食以及开发孕期和哺乳期营养保健品、食品等提供科学依据。地域、种族、泌乳阶段、产妇、婴儿等五个因素对母乳成分均可产生影响,且各因素对母乳成分的影响有综合作用,孕期哺乳期膳食与保健品补充能影响母乳成分。
Through the literature review and analysis of the composition of breast milk and its influencing factors, to provide a scientific basis for the better guidance of maternal diet and the development of health care products of pregnancy and lactation are providied. Region, race, stage of lactation, maternal and infant can affect breast milk ,the influence of various factors on the composition of breast milk has comprehensive function, and pregnancy and lactation dietary supplement and health care products can affect the composition of milk.
