基于层次分析法的我国油菜适度经营规模评价尺度研究

Research on the evaluation criterion of rapeseed's appropriate agricultural operation scale based on AHP in China

运用层次分析法,设立经营者年龄,劳均耕地和劳力转移程度三个准则层,建立基于经营者收入、基于直观评价、基于经营者能力、基于交易成本和基于经营者社交网络5个适度经营规模评价尺度方案,结合相关领域专家的意见和笔者在我国油菜最重要的省份湖北的调研,进行了油菜的适度经营规模评价尺度研究。研究表明,目前,我国油菜适度经营规模的首选评价尺度是基于经营者能力确定适度经营规模,然后分别依次是基于交易成本、基于经营者收入、基于直观评价和基于经营者社交网络评价尺度确定适度经营规模。

Combined with the opinion of experts related and the investigation of the author in Hubei,the most important rapeseed production province in China,through the AHP,taking the 3 items of age of a farmer,farmland per farmer and transit rate of farmers in the locality as the criteria layers,taking the 5 items of appropriate agricultural operation scale based on income of a farmer production,directly judgment from the land,management capacity of a farmer,trade-cost in the production and social intercourse network of a farmer as the plans,this research has given an analysis of evaluation criterion on the appropriate agricultural operation scale of rapeseed. The research makes it clear that the 1 st plan of appropriate agricultural evaluation criterion of rapeseed is that based on the management capacity of a farmer,and the next in turn is that based on trade-cost in the production,income of a farmer production,directly judgment from the land and social intercourse network of a farmer now.
