新常态下湖北农产品加工业发展问题研究

Hubei agricultural product processing industry development research under the new normal

"四个一批"工程实施以来,湖北省农产品加工业发展水平持续提升、规模跨越式发展、效益显著增长,但在全国经济增长步入新常态的背景下,农产品加工业同样面临增速换挡、转型升级带来的问题。在分析全省农产品加工业的发展态势、基本特点和存在问题的基础上,提出了"十三五"期间全省农产品加工业发展的基本路径和具体措施。

Since ' Four' projects have been implemented,the development level of agricultural products processing industry in Hubei province continues to increase,the scale leaps forward and the benefits increase significantly.However,in the context of the new normal of national economic growth,agricultural products processing industry is also confronted with the problems caused by the expansion and transformation. Based on the analysis of the development situation,basic characteristics and existing problems of the agricultural processing industry in the province,this paper puts forward the basic path and concrete measures of the development of agricultural products processing industry during the 13 th five-year plan period.
