简述了新常态背景下创意农业发展的重要保证是开发创意农业人才。创意农业人才开发是一项非常复杂的系统工作,需要政府、企业以及涉农院校三方面共同努力才能取得圆满的效果。政府主要从宏观视角出台各种政策措施为创意农业人才的开发奠定基础;企业主要应该从人力资源管理的角度,通过开发、职业生涯规划、绩效考核与薪酬设计的角度开发创意农业人才;涉农院校则从课程体系、教学内容和方法改革、创意竞赛、建设创意型校园文化和建立创业孵化基地等角度开发创意农业人才。

The new normal context, an important guarantee for the development of creative agriculture is the devel-opment of creative agriculture talents. Creative agriculture talent development is a very complicated system work, which needs government, enterprises and agricultural colleges and universities to work together to achieve satisfacto-ry effect. Mainly from the macro perspective government introduced various policies and measures so as to lay a foundation for the talents of creative agriculture development. Mainly from the perspective of human resources man-agement, enterprises should develop creative talents of agriculture through training, career planning, performance appraisal and salary design Agricultural University should develop creative lalents of agriculture from curriculum system, teaching content and method reform, creative competitions, the construction of creative campus culture and establishing business incubator etc.
