急性心肌梗死PCI术后心脏破裂医疗纠纷1例

摘要 1案例1.1简要案情2014年7月23日15：40马某,男,57岁,因＂剑突下不适1小时余＂被送至某中心医院就诊,给予心电图检查（15时38分）示V2-V4导联T波高尖,心肌酶谱检查（16时10分、17时07分）无异常,给予＂硝酸甘油针、磷酸肌酸针、血塞通针＂后症状缓解,收入心内科治疗,当日23：15因心肌酶谱检查严重增高[肌钙蛋白I（c Tn I）4.721 ng/ml,谷草转氨酶73 U/L,乳酸脱氢酶266 U/L,肌酸激酶999 U/L,
