杭州市社区公共健身设施满意度评价体系研究

On the Satisfaction Evaluation System for Public Sports Facilities in Hangzhou

为了解杭州市社区公共健身设施建设情况,向管理部门提供决策依据,基于问卷调查,采用验证性因子分析和层次分析法构建了包含器材、场地和健身感受3个维度的社区公共健身设施满意度评价体系,并进行实例分析.结果表明:西湖区总体满意度为3.554,江干区为3.304,上城区为3.297,其中江干区在器材满意度上较落后,上城区则在场地数量、规模方面有所不足,而西湖区各方面表现相对较好.

In order to know the public sports facilities conditions in Hangzhou and provide decision basis for the administrative department,basing on the questionnaire survey,the paper establishes a three-dimensional public sports facilities satisfaction evaluation system including equipments,fields and body-building feeling through confirmatory factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process,and conducts instance analysis. The results show that the overall satisfaction is 3.554 in West Lake District,3.304 in Jianggan District and 3.297 in Shangcheng District. The facilities satisfaction is relatively low in Jianggan District,the sports fields and scale in Shangcheng District are inadequate,and the West Lake District shows better results in various aspects.
