Construction and Application of Air Transport Force for Battlefield Joint Rescue

为提升我军战场搜救能力、确保伤员快速后送,在分析外军战场联合搜救航空运输力量建设经验的基础上,结合我军航空援救力量建设现状,提出加强我军战场联合搜救航空运输力量建设与运用,必须着眼联合作战需求,构建军民融合力量体系;顺畅沟通协调机制,组建统一组织指挥机构;完善标准规范体系,提高搜救飞机改装性能;深化装备发展研究,夯实战场搜救技术基础;立足航空运输安全,简化危险货物运输程序;区分搜救任务类型,制订完善的各类输送预案。

In order to improve the rescue ability of battlefield and ensure casualty evacuation rapidly,the paper firstly analyzes the experiences of constructing air transport force for battlefield joint rescue in foreign army. Then,combining with current situation of air transport force construction in our army,it puts forward following suggestions to strengthen construction and application of air transport force for battlefield joint rescue： constructing civil-military integrated power system according to joint operation requirement,communicating coordination mechanism to establish unified command institution,completing standard system to improve performance of rescue aircraft,deepening equipment development to consolidate the basis of battlefield rescue technology,simplifying the procedure of transporting dangerous goods based on air transport safety,and distinguishing rescue tasks and formulating completed transport plans.
