我军海外军事行动装备保障问题研究

Equipment Support in Overseas Military Actions

为加快推进军事力量"走出去"战略,针对我军海外条件下装备保障能力还比较薄弱的现状,在阐述新形势下我军海外军事行动的时代背景及其主要特点,分析当前我军海外军事行动中装备保障存在的矛盾问题的基础上,重点围绕装备保障能力建设这一核心内容,提出加强自身伴随保障、远程支援保障和实施企业委托保障、海外定点保障、国际合作保障等5种方法举措。

To promote the strategy of military force,considering the current situation of overseas weak equipment support capability,the paper firstly elaborates the background and main characteristics of overseas military actions under new situation. Then,it analyzes the contradictory issues of equipment support in overseas military actions. Finally,it proposes following 5 measures on equipment support capability construction： strengthening self-support,carrying out remote support,developing enterprise delegation support,establishing overseas fixed-point support,and developing international cooperation support.
