临床医学和护理学专业学生对老年人态度的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of attitudes among the students majoring in clinical medicine and nursing towards the elderly

[目的]调查临床医学和护理学专业学生对老年人的态度。[方法]采用老年人态度量表(Kogan’s Attitudes toward Old People Scale,KAOP)对临床医学和护理学本科专业共计628名学生开展问卷调查。[结果]不同性别、家庭经济状况、专业、被老年人照顾过、愿意从事老年医疗/护理工作的临床医学和护理学专业的学生对老年人的态度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]临床医学和护理学本科专业的学生对老年人的态度是积极的,但在性别、家庭经济状况、专业、被老年人照顾过、愿意从事老年医疗/护理工作方面存在差异。

Objective：To investigate the attitudes of clinical and nursing students to the elderly.Methods：A total of 628 undergraduates students majoring in clinical medicine and nursing were surveyed by Kogan＇s Attitudes Toward Old People Scale（KAOP）.Results：There were statistically significant differences in attitude scores among patients with the sexes,the family economy,the major,whether be taken care with the elderly,and whether be willing to take part in the geriatric care/nursing（P0.05）.Conclusions：The attitudes of undergraduate students significant majoring in clinical medicine and nursing were positive for the elderly,while there was statistically difference in gender,family economic status,professional,be taken care with the elderly,willing to engage in geriatric medical/nursing work.University should carry out targeted interventions to enrich the teaching content and form,in order to further improve the attitudes of medical students and nursing students to the elderly and improve their willingness to serve the elderly.
