摘要
[目的]了解山西省临床护士组织承诺与离职意愿的现状,探讨组织承诺对离职意愿的影响。[方法]应用中国职工组织承诺量表和离职意愿量表对山西省3所三级甲等综合医院782名注册护士进行问卷调查。[结果]临床护士组织承诺与离职意愿呈负相关,且存在线性关系(P<0.01)。回归分析结果显示感情承诺、理想承诺和规范承诺能联合解释离职意愿总变异量的37.0%,其中感情承诺对离职意愿影响较大。[结论]组织承诺是影响离职意愿的一个重要因素。
Objective:To understand the status quo of organizational commitment and turnover intention of clinical nurses in Shanxi Province,and to explore the effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 782 registered nurses in third grade A comprehensive hospitals in Shanxi Province by using the Chinese Employee's Organizational Commitment Scale and the Turnover Intention Scale.Results:There was a significant linear relationship between clinical nurses' organizational commitment and turnover intention(P0.01)and negative correlation.The regression analysis showed that emotional commitment,ideal commitment,and normative commitment could jointly explain 37.0% of the total variance of turnover intention.The emotional commitment took the most important role to influence the turnover intention.Conclusions:Organizational commitment was an important factor influencing turnover intention.
