小茴香生盐包烫熨联合中药治疗脾胃虚寒证胃脘痛的效果观察

Application of traditional Chinese medicine and hot pressing with dill and unripe slat bag in treatment of spleen-stomach deficient cold pattern epigastric pain

目的探讨小茴香生盐包烫熨在治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛中的效果。方法 90例脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。2组均采用常规中药治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上增加小茴香生盐包烫熨。比较干预后2组胃脘痛改善情况。结果观察组总有效率88.89%(40/45),高于对照组的66.67%(30/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小茴香生盐包烫熨联合中药治疗脾胃虚寒证胃脘痛有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine and hot pressing with dill and unripe slat bag in treatment of spleen-stomach deficient cold pattern epigastric pain. Methods Totally 90 patients with spleen-stomach deficient cold pattern epigastric pain were assigned to the observation group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group. Both two groups were administrated with traditional Chinese medicine,and patients in the observation group were given the hot pressing with dill and unripe slat bag. Results the overall effective rate of relieving epigastric pain was 88. 89%（ 40/45） in the observation group and was 66. 67%（ 30/45） in the control group,with a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In addition to Chinese herb administration,hot pressing with dill and unripe slat bag is effective to relieve the clinical symptom of patients with spleen-stomach deficient cold pattern epigastric pain.
