宫颈癌术后患者性生活影响因素及护理干预概述

Infuencial factors of quality of sexual life in patients with uterine cervix cancer after surgical treatment and related nursing measures

宫颈癌是最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤,术后患者常出现一系列涉及其生理、心理、社会、精神各个层面的身心改变,其中性生活问题显得尤为突出。本研究从患者、手术、心理三个方面概述了宫颈癌患者术后性生活的影响因素,并总结了心理干预、健康教育和生活指导、建立支持系统、行为干预等方面的护理措施,旨在改善患者术后生活质量。

Uterine cervix cancer is a common gynecologic malignant tumor. Patients may suffer from physiological,psychological and social changes after receiving surgical treatment,especially potential problems in postoperative sexual life. This paper summarized the potential influential factors quality of sexual life in patients with uterine cervix cancer after surgical treatment,in perspective of self-factor of patients,surgical treatment and psychological factors. The nursing interventions on mental health,health education,life behavior guidance,supportive system establishment and behavior changes were also summered,in order to improve the postoperative quality of patients with uterine cervix cancer.
