冠心病患者尿miR-126表达变化 被引量:1

Analysis of the relationship between the expression of miR-126 in urine with the changes of HDL-C and CRP in coronary heart disease

摘要 目的分析冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者尿微小RNA-126(mi R-126)表达情况及意义。方法选取2015年8月~2016年8月于济宁医学院附属医院治疗的冠心病患者109例,其中男性70例,女性39例,平均年龄(58.12±10.03)岁。其中急性心肌梗死(AMI)35例,不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)40例和稳定型心绞痛(SAP)34例。同时选取健康志愿者50例作为对照组。检测各组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、C反应蛋白(CRP)以及尿mi R-126水平等。结果 AMI组、UAP组和SAP组尿mi R-126表达明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);AMI组、UAP组和SAP组Gensini评分比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。冠心病患者尿mi R-126表达水平与Gensini评分呈负相关(r=-0.301,P<0.05),与HDL-C、CRP、TG、TC等无相关性(P均>0.05)。结论冠心病患者尿mi R-126表达降低,与冠状动脉血管病变情况呈负相关,值得深入研究。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of urine miR-126 in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods From August 2015 to August 2016, 109 patients with coronary heart disease were selected, including 35 acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients, 40 unstable angina pectoris (UAP) patients and 34 stable angina pectoris (SAP) patients. And 50 healthy volunteers were selected as control. The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triacylglycerol (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), C reactive protein (CRP) and urinary miR-126 were measured. Results There was no significant difference in gender, age, TC, LDL- C and CRP (P〉0.05). TG in AMI group, UAP group and SAP group were 1.40 (0.41,2.42) mmol/L, 1.38 (0.39,2.33) mmol/L and 1.42 (0.44,2.50) mmol/L, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05). And HDL-C were (1.56±0.32)mmol/L, (1.52±0.35) mmol/L and (1.50 ± 0.38) mmol/L in AMI group, UAP group and SAP group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05). The expression of urine miR-126 in AMI group, UAP group and SAP group were (0.18±0.02), (0.19±0.03) and (0.18±0.04), which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in Gensini score between AMI group, UAP group and SAP group (P〉0.05). The expression level of urine miR-126 was negatively correlated with Gensini score (r=-0.301, P〈0.05), and was not related with HDL-C, CRP, TG, TC (P〉0.05). Conclusion Urine miR-126 detected in patients with coronary heart disease has a certain application value, and has no correlation with HDL-C and CRP, which is worth for further study.
