摘要
目前海上非对称威胁日益突出,灵活快速的响应能力逐渐成为舰船作战效能的一个重点,利用开放式体系结构和模块化构建技术,作战平台可以进行灵活的系统配置以完成作战任务。由于作战平台和子系统解耦,模块化的软硬件可以在不同作战平台之间进行复用,有效降低舰船的建造、集成、维护和测试成本。对如何建造灵活的舰船进行研究,包括设计与制造、采购以及作战流程等方面的内容,并简述灵活性的量化分析方法。
As asymmetric threats arise at sea, rapid response capability has gradually become one of themost important considerations in the efficiency of warships. Warships can use more flexible configurationsof sub-systems to accomplish missions using Open Architecture and modular components. Due to thedecoupling of warship platforms and sub-systems, modular software/hardware can be reused acrossmultiple classes of warships, thereby effectively reducing the building costs, system integration,maintenance and testing of warships. This paper explores ways to build a‘flexible ship'in such aspects asdesign, manufacturing, procurement and combat process, and several quantitative analytical methods arealso proposed.
