摘要 [目的]为提高设备装舰过程中的紧固件设计效率和质量,[方法]紧密结合舰船施工设计任务,系统描述设备装舰用紧固件设计流程。运用IDEF0分析方法建立设备装舰紧固件设计功能模型,并从输入、输出、控制和机制等方面梳理出设计过程中的信息传递和关联关系,以准确反映紧固件设计过程中的数据流、信息传递和关联关系。[结果]结合满足于设计者和开发者的设计功能模型,并基于Auto CAD软件VBA二次开发工具构建出了设计软件技术框架。[结论]研究结果可为紧固件设计工程应用和软件开发提供解决方案与理论支持。 [Objectives]In order to improve the efficiency and quality of fastener design duringequipment installation,in combination with the construction design of warships,[Methods]the designflow of fasteners for warship equipment installation is described. The design function model of fastenerdesign for warship equipment installation was established using the IDEF0 analysis method,and theinformation transmission and association relation in the design process were analyzed in such aspects asinput,output,control and mechanism,accurately reflecting the fastener design process of data flow,information transmission and correlation. [Results]Finally, based on a design function modelacknowledged by both engineers and programmers,a design technology framework was constructed usingthe VBA language of Auto CAD software.[Conclusions]The results show that the design function modeland technology framework can provide solutions and theoretical support for design engineering applicationand software development.
