According to the demands for serving the economic and social development and the national strategy,the higher education and the higher colleges and universities should play an important role in The Belt and Road Initiative. As a new type of higher university,The Open University should find its place and seize the strate-gic opportunity, take the advantage of informatization, and construct high quality resources platform.
