摘要
膜分离技术具有效率高、操作方便、节能等优点,与传统其他传统分离技术相比,具有显著的优势.目前膜分离技术已经广泛应用于奶制品、饮料等食品工业生产中,特别在饮用水生产、热敏性食品物料的浓缩、食品功能成分的分离和制备等方面的应用具有显著的优势.基于当前研究进展和应用现状,对膜分离技术在食品工业中的应用进行了综述.
Compared with other traditional separation technologies,membrane separation technology has significant advantages such as high efficiency,convenience and low energy consumption. This technology has been widely applied in the food industry,such as in the production of dairy,beverages and beer,especially in the production of drinking water,the concentration of food materials and the separation and preparation of heat-sensitive food functional components. In this paper,the application of membrane separation technology in food industry was reviewed based on the current researches and reports.
