摘要
为了获得一种性能更优的气体传感器,用于肉品特征挥发物的快速检测,以恒电流法制备PANI/Au/Al2O3电极,并组装成电阻式丙酮气体传感器.在稳定性测试中,利用此传感器于1 189与23 ppm丙酮气体中进行连续感测,其电阻感测变化率(感测信号)从开始时的3.13%与0.74%,经10次测试后,信号分别下降为3.05%与0.72%.在气体选择性测试方面,当混入氧气或二氧化碳作为干扰气体时,丙酮感测灵敏度下降,但丙酮的浓度与传感器电阻变化率之间均具有良好的线性关系.然而此传感器对丙酮气体进行感测时受水分和氨气的干扰相当显著.最后提出了此传感器感测丙酮气体的机理.
In order to obtain a gas sensor with better performance,and based on the micro process technology and electrochemical methods,the PANI/Au/Al_2O_3 electrode was prepared and a resistance-type acetone gas sensor was assembled for the rapid detection of characteristic volatile compounds of meat. During the stability test,this gas sensor was used in 1189 and 23 ppm acetone gas for continuous sensing. The change rate of the resistance sensing( sensing signals of the acetone gas sensor) slightly decreased from 3. 13 and 0. 74% to 3. 05 and 0. 72% after 10 cycles of continuous operation of the gas sensor. The results indicated that sensing sensitivity of acetone decreased when O_2 or CO_2 were used as gas interference,but there was a good linear relationship between acetone concentration and resistance change rate of the sensor. However,the sensor was greatly interfered with moisture and ammonia gas during its sensing of the acetone gas. Finally,the paper put forward the mechanism of this sensor to sense acetone gas.
