规范管理对社区2型糖尿病患者血糖及HbA1c达标率的影响

Effect of Standardized Management on Blood Glucose and HbA1c Compliance Rate of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Community

目的探讨规范管理对社区2型糖尿病患者血糖及HbAlc达标率的影响。方法选取2015年6月~2015年12月在本社区就诊的2型糖尿病患者80人,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组仅给予一次糖尿病健康宣教,维持常规的药物治疗和用药指导,观察组给予持续一年的规范健康管理。健康管理实施前分别检测受试对象0周、1周、2周空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及HbA1c并计算达标率。健康管理实施1年后,分别检测受试对象52周、53周、54周空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及HbA1c同样计算达标率,比较两组患者健康管理干预前后血糖及HbAlc达标率的变化。结果规范健康管理干预1年后,观察组较对照组血糖及HbAlc达标率明显提高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范管理对社区2型糖尿病患者血糖及HbAlc达标率明显提高,对2型糖尿病患者的防治具有积极意义,值得在临床上进一步推广。

Objective To explore the effect of standardized management on blood glucose and HbAlc compliance rate of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in community.Methods A total of 2015 June 2015 December 80 people in the community treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,and the control group were only given a diabetes health education,maintain the conventional medical treatment and medication guide,the observation group given last year to regulate the management of health.Before the implementation of health management,the subjects were tested for 0 weeks,1 weeks,2 weeks of fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2H blood glucose and HbA1 c and calculated the compliance rate.In the implementation of health management in 1 year were detected subjects 52 weeks,53 weeks,54 weeks of fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hours blood glucose and HbA1 c calculated the same way compliance rate,the variation in health management intervention were compared between the two groups before and after blood glucose and HbAlc compliance rate.Results After 1 years of health management intervention,the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and the difference was statistically significant（HbAlc）.Conclusion Standardized management of community type 2 diabetes patients with blood glucose and HbAlc compliance rate increased significantly,the prevention and treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes has a positive significance,it is worth further promotion in clinical practice.
