摘要
主要介绍了开炼机液压盘式制动系统的结构和工作原理;根据故障树相关理论,建立液压盘式制动系统失效的故障树。通过对液压盘式制动系统故障树的定性分析和定量分析,得到开炼机液压盘式制动系统的故障概率,并提出提高系统可靠性的措施。为提高开炼机液压盘式制动系统的可靠性和安全性提供了理论依据。
The paper mainly introduces the structure and working principle of hydraulic disk braking system for open mill, and establishes the fault tree of hydraulic disk braking system according to the correlation theory of fault tree. Through the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the system fault tree, the failure probability of the hydraulic disc brake system for open mill is obtained, and the measures to improve the reliability of the system are put forward. It provides a theoretical basis for improving the reliability and safety of hydraulic disc braking system for open mill.
