摘要
介绍了电动真空助力系统的工作模式,在分析制动系统现有产品标准的基础上,提出了新能源汽车电动真空助力系统可靠性试验方法。该方法能够实车或模拟实车进行真空泵、真空罐、主缸带助力器等制动部件的系统匹配试验,评价整车制动系统的一些基本性能,验证各部件设计选型是否合理,并能以较低的试验成本在短时间内验证制动系统零部件的可靠性,可为整车开发提供参考。
The working mode of the electric vacuum servo system is introduced, based on the analysis of existing product standards of brake systems, a reliability test method of electric vacuum servo system for new energy vehicles is proposed, which can be used for matching test for the brake system components, including vacuum pump, vacuum tank, vacuum booster and master cylinder, etc. The test method can evaluate some basic performance of vehicle braking system, verify the design rationality of each component, and verify the reliability of the brake components in short time and low cost, which can provide reference for vehicle development.
