摘要
针对某型号履带挖掘机操控性进行改善,原机型出现操作平顺性差,复合动作协调性差,抖动大,精细作业操作较为困难等问题。通过对主机各个动作情况逐一进行观察、分析,梳理出主要的原因。针对主要原因对主阀伺服控制加以单向节流,使对应阀杆的开启有延时缓冲效果,从而提升主机的操控性。
Improve the controllability of the crawler excavator, the prototype version appear smooth operation of the poor, harmony of compound control action is poor, large jitter, fine operations is more difficult and so on. Through, analysis and observation of the host various movements, coordinating the main reasons.Throttle check valve which treat for the main valve servo control can solve the problem, the corresponding opening of the valve stem delay buffer effect, thus improving the controllability of the host.
