温瑞塘河对温州经济振兴和社会发展有着重要影响,同时,温州的发展也带来温瑞塘河的生态变迁。为推动"五水共治"的有序落实,借鉴古代温瑞塘河的治理经验,分析温瑞塘河的现实状况,总结温州市瓯海区"五水共治"的实践成效,提出新形势下倒逼产业转型,编纂乡土教材,开拓融资渠道等一系列新举措,助力"五水共治"新一轮攻坚战,形成集经济、文化、旅游、休闲于一体的温瑞塘河文化品牌。

Wenruitang River plays a significant role in Wenzhou＇s economic revitalization and social development.In the meantime,the development of Wenzhou also brings about the ecological changes.To promote the effective implementation of ＂Joint Governance of Five Types of Water Problems＂,the paper draws lessons from the governance of Wenruitang River in ancient Wenzhou,and summarises the practical effect of this policy in Ouhai District,Wenzhou.The paper proposes a series of new measures such as the new-situation-forced industrial transformation,the compilation of local textbooks,the exploration of financing channels,etc.to help the new-round tough battle in ＂Joint Governance of Five Types of Water Problems＂ with the establishment of Wenruitang River cultural brand integrating economy,culture,tourism and entertainment.
