胸痹2号方治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病的临床研究

Clinical Observation on Xiongbi 2 Prescription in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的探讨胸痹2号方治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法采用随机、对照原则将2014年1月—2015年12月住院部64例气滞血瘀型稳定型心绞痛病人分为对照组和治疗组,每组32例。两组均予西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服胸痹2号方,12周为一个疗程。观察中医临床证候、心电图改变情况及情绪异常的改善情况。结果治疗组中医临床证候积分改善优于对照组;两组治疗后心电图情况比较无统计学意义,心绞痛症情改善方面优于对照组,治疗组抑郁因子、焦虑因子积分得到明显改善。结论胸痹2号方可有效提高气滞血瘀型冠心病病人的临床疗效,改善病人的情绪异常。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiongbi 2 prescription（X2P）in the treatment of stable angina pectoris（SAP）with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods Sixty-four patients with SAP and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups：control group（n =32）treated with routine treatment,and treatment group（n =32）treated with routine treatment and X2P for 12 weeks.The clinical symptoms,electrocardiogram curative effect and the change of Symptom Checklist-90（SCL-90）scores were compared between two groups.Results The scores of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）symptoms improved in treatment group,which was better than that in control group.The symptom of angina improved in treatment group,which was better than that in control group.The scores of depression and anxiety factors were improved in treatment group.Conclusion X2P can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and emotional disorders in patients with SAP and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.
